Leaders in Training is a spiritual and leadership development program, where high schoolers learn about their identity in God and discover how to lead in their unique gifts and strengths. Students meet weekly with peers and adults to learn about faith, grow as leaders and develop life skills. Quarterly outings and our annual Spring Retreat help students build relationships with one another and with volunteers. Before evening programs, LiT offers a weekly space where students can have a quiet place to study and receive academic coaching. Additional academic support is provided through college and career preparation workshops that take place throughout the year.
