Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will report directly to the Executive Director, sit on the executive team alongside the Director of Ministries, Director of Partner Engagement and the Executive Director. They will own all operational, accounting, financial and HR components of the organization. They will foster a culture within the staff that promotes trust and teamwork, and that reflects BCM values as we demonstrate care and compassion to all we serve, including all volunteers and all employees.

Seasonal Program Support

 The Program Support Staff role will assist the Facilities Staff and Program Staff with the functions of Summer Programs as well as provide front desk coverage during program hours. An aspect of the position involves maintaining the inside and outside of the building and supporting the Program Managers in various projects. Another aspect of the role involves general communication with visitors, volunteers and parents, maintaining the common areas (lobby, copy room, kitchen) and supporting general operations of the organization.
