Pastor Clifton Bennett
Director of Ministries
pastorbennett@bayshore.org |
Pastor Clifton Bennett dedicated his life to Christ at the tender age of 19. He later accepted his call
to pastoralship in the year of our Lord and Savior 2001.
Being married to his high school sweetheart of 23 years, born to this union were 5 beautiful and talented
children. Evangelizing for well over 19 years,Pastor Bennett received a 16 years of training under the
leadership of the late Reverend Albert C. Macklin III of New Sweet Home, COGIC. He later joined a church
in 1999 to work very closely with a pastoral friend where he served faithfully for 3 years.
In August of 2000, the Lord showed Pastor Bennett in a vision the unchurched generation of at-risk-teenagers
and young adults with no knowledge of who God is! God imparted to him the wisdom of what it would take to
reach this generation; A Peculiar and unorthodox change in the way we reach souls and worship God! Having
the heart for this group of individuals, the Lord quickly established the Walls of Faith Ministries Church
of God in Christ, where Elder Bennett is the Founder and Pastor.
Pastor Bennett, who works diligently at bringing the vision of God into fruition, strongly believes
that “Burdens of the heart birth visions of the Spirit.” He persistently works at changing lives, one
person at a time.

Executive Director
rolando@bayshore.org |
Rolando has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. In
1999 after completing his undergraduate and graduate work in

team. As Regional Program Director, he later coordinated the
installation of thirty-eight Internet Learning Centers in under-resourced
urban and rural schools in Spain, India and Latin America. Most
recently, Rolando was Executive Producer at Plugged In, an East
Palo Alto nonprofit that empowers people “to produce, create
and contribute using technology.” There he led the growth of
a community portal, EPA.net, and re-launched the teen youth
media program, Young Producers. He joined BCM in January 2006
and shortly thereafter became the Director of Operations. He took
the Executive Director role on July 2008. On a personal note,

Kimberly McGee
Business Manager
kmcgee@bayshore.org |
Born in Houston Texas, Kimberly is an authentic “southern girl,” currently enjoying
countless sunsets here in California with her family. Kimberly is a graduate of Barclay
Career College in Houston Texas, also attended Houston Community College in pursuance
of her Nursing Degree. After relocating to California, family became the focus as her
career was placed on hold. Now being back on the career scene, BCM is a great place
to start. While Business Manager is an ideal role to display her many administrative
talents, she yet feels blessed to have her own children partake in such a dynamic
ministry. In more ways than one, BCM is indeed a blessing to be a part of in any
manner. Kimberly hobbies are singing, reading, gardening and family activities. |

Roberto Mendoza
Night Security & Facilities Assistant
roberto@bayshore.org |
|
Roberto Mendoza was born in Michoacán, Mexico, but was raised in East Palo
Alto, where he’s spent most of his life. He now serves as the Facility
Manager’s Assistant, and as BCM’s night security, crossing children safely
across the street after programs, and is the last one to leave, making sure
the building is locked. A self-described “fishing kind of a guy,” when he’s
not going out to the shore to catch some salmon, Roberto enjoys spending
time with his beloved family: his wife, two daughters, son, and baby granddaughter.
