This summer's programs will be sponsored by BCM, Family Center on O'Keefe Street, and the Ravenswood Youth Athletic Association. The following programs will be offered:
Summer Adventures In Learning (SAIL) [Full Day Option] is an intensive six-week academic program with a student/teacher ratio of 4:1. Each morning students receive individualized academic instruction. During the afternoons, students will participate in special interest workshops including sports, art, dance, and music. Lunch, snacks and outing fees are included.
Summer Adventures In Learning (SAIL) [Afternoons Only] Students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of special interest classes including sports, art, dance and music.

Highlights
- Students increased their reading comprehension by an average of 75% of a grade level.
- 70% of students demonstrated improvement of at least 10% in two different math skills.
- Tutors took the opportunity to visit the homes of many of the students.

Many ways to get involved!
If you like to work with elementary school children, we have a spot for you! We are looking for lunch providers, drivers, pull-out reading tutors, teacher mentors, and workshop leaders!
